SHIPPING POLICY
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100 in Australia.
We offer the following domestic shipping options:
Standard - $10 flat rate with delivery with Austpost.
Express - $15 priority rate with delivery with Express.
International Shipping
Based on your shipping country, the rate may be higher to include duties & taxes and will be converted to your local currency.
The exact shipping options for your country will be presented during checkout. International orders can experience delays, if your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of order placement, please contact us.

Delivery times vary by destination country. Most international orders will be delivered within 4 and 21 business days of order fulfillment at our warehouse.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we allow returns on opened or used accessories. By Beauty Buddies reserves the right to refuse any return at any time.
We apologise that you received a damaged item, we do our best to ensure product safety with secure biodegradable packing peanuts, but occasionally transit can be rough. Please complete the contact us form and include photos of your damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your product. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you with next steps.
For all accepted Returns and Exchanges, we require the return of goods within 30 days of initiating a return label. If products are not received or are not in transit after 30 days, returns will be at the cost of the customer.
